1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to make a purchase. Our store is not directed to children under 13, and they may not use it.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy the listed items. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and a confirmation email does not by itself constitute acceptance. Because inventory of singles can be limited, we may decline or cancel all or part of an order — for example if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will issue a refund for the cancelled items.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change at any time. Payment is processed by Stripe, and you agree to provide a valid, authorized payment method. If a pricing error is discovered, we may cancel the affected order as described above.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship within the United States. Shipping options and costs are quoted at checkout through ShipStation using carriers including USPS and UPS. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

The following return terms apply to orders placed through our store:

• Singles are final sale and are not eligible for return.
• Sealed, unopened product may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Taxes

We collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to Tennessee. You are responsible for any other taxes or duties that may apply to your purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

The store and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, are owned by or licensed to Nat20 Games and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, card images, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the store, its security, or its infrastructure;
• Access the store using automated means, or scrape or harvest data, except as expressly permitted;
• Resell, purchase under false pretenses, or circumvent purchase limits; or
• Infringe the rights of Nat20 Games or any third party.

11. Disclaimers

The store and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nat20 Games and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the store or your purchases. Our total liability for any claim relating to the store or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the store will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the store means you accept the revised Terms.
